Torna Frantoi Aperti e torna anche UNTO - Unesco Natura Territorio Olio: dal 29 ottobre al 27 novembre ad Assisi potrai scoprire l'Olio Extravergine di Oliva Dop Umbria dei piccoli produttori della città serafica e del Cuore Verde d'Italia, oltre ad incontrare artigiani, artisti ed agricoltori, visitare i frantoi e i bellissimi castelli della zona.
Ti aspetta un programma denso di appuntamenti: potrai assistere alla lavorazione delle olive e assaggiare l'Olio appena franto, avrai la possibilità di partecipare a visite guidate tra le bellezze artistiche e paesaggistiche del territorio, laboratori e corsi di cucina, ma anche a concerti e spettacoli.
Da non perdere le passeggiate tra i castelli, il territorio di Assisi e i sentieri del parco del Monte Subasio, arricchite da degustazioni di Olio Extravergine di Oliva dop Umbria e prodotti del territorio.

Open Mills and UNTO – Unesco Nature Territory Oil will take place in Assisi from October 29 to November 27. There you will be able to discover the Umbrian Extra Virgin Dop Oil made by small producers of the seraphic town and of the Italian Green Heart, beyond meeting artisans, artists and farmers, as well as visiting mills and the beautiful local castles.
A program full of appointments is waiting for you: you could see olives' processing and taste the freshly milled olive oil. You will be able to participate in guided visits to the local artistic and landscape beauties, as well as to laboratories and cooking courses, but also to concerts and performances.
Don't miss out on the walks through castles, Assisi's area and the paths of Subasio Mountain's park, enriched by tastings of the Umbrian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and local products.
