Es gibt fast achtzig Sorten essbarer Wildkr��uter, die an den H��ngen des Monte Subasio wachsen: sie erkennen zu lernen, sie zu suchen und zuzubereiten ist das Ziel der Veranstaltung \"Subasio con Gusto\", die vom 31. M��rz bis zum 2. April in Spello stattfindet.

Das Festival bietet eine optimale Gelegenheit, eine alte kulinarische Tradition der b��uerlichen Kultur kennenzulernen, die heute ein wahres Erbe der Natur ist, das gesch��tzt werden sollte: w��hrend der dreit��gigen Veranstaltungen kann man die meist gesch��tzten Wildkr��uter aus Umbrien kosten und so ��nogastronomie und Umwelt in einem genie��en.

Zahlreiche Initiativen stehen auf dem Programm, von der Phytotherapie ��ber die Heilpflanzenkunde bis hin zur Kosmetik, Ausfl��ge, Vortr��ge, Kochkunst, Kochshows, ein Blumen- und Pflanzenmarkt mit Wildkr��utern, Entdeckungstouren zum Fotografieren und jede Menge Unterhaltung.

Sono quasi ottanta le specie di erbe campagnole commestibili che crescono spontaneamente sulle pendici del Monte Subasio: imparare a riconoscerle, ricercarle e cucinarle �� l'obiettivo di \"Subasio con Gusto\", dal 31 marzo al 2 aprile a Spello.

La rassegna �� l'occasione giusta per scoprire un'antica tradizione culinaria della cultura contadina, che oggi rappresenta un vero e proprio patrimonio naturale da salvaguardare: nei tre giorni della manifestazione sar�� possibile gustare le pi�� apprezzate erbe del territorio umbro, unendo ambiente ed enogastronomia.

In programma moltissime iniziative, dalla fitoterapia all'erboristeria fino alla cosmesi, tra escursionismo, convegnistica, arte culinaria, coocking show, mercatino florovivaistico e delle Erbe Campagnole, esplorazioni fotografiche e tanto divertimento.
