From the 19^th to the 21^st May, there will be a festival in honor of the roast suckling pig and all its forms in the inspiring village of St. Terenziano.

The first warm and the desire of being outdoors blend well with an open-air meal that in St.

Terenziano meets one of the most delicious typical products, by giving life to an unmissable festival: \"Porchettiamo\", the festival devoted to the roast suckling pig in all its forms, taking place in the beautiful village of St. Terenziano from the 19 ^th to the 21 ^st May.

Prepare to taste the best roast suckling pigs coming from Umbria, but also from Tuscany, Lazio, Marche, Calabria and Emilia Romagna that you will find in the stands placed in the principal square of the village, renamed for the occasion \"The square of roast suckling pigs\".

The schedule also includes many side initiatives, such as the \"Cycle Ride among oil, wine and ancient fortresses\", among hills, cultivated fields, olive groves and vineyards of St. Terenziano or \"Porcorriamo\", a non-competitive and playful 10 km-long running event across the Umbrian countryside.

Il primo caldo e la voglia di stare all'aria aperta ben si sposano con un pasto all'aria aperta che a San Terenziano incontra uno dei prodotti tipici pi�� prelibati, dando vita ad un festival a cui non puoi mancare: \"Porchettiamo\" il festival dedicato alla Porchetta in tutte le sue declinazioni, che si svolge nel bel borgo di San Terenziano dal 19 al 21 maggio.

Preparati ad assaggiare le migliori porchette provenienti dall'Umbria, ma anche dalla Toscana, dal Lazio, dalle Marche, dalla Calabria e dall'Emilia Romagna che trovi negli stand disposti nella piazza principale del paese, ribattezzata, per l'occasione \"La piazza delle Porchette\".

In programma anche tante iniziative collaterali, come la \"Pedalata tra olio, vino e antiche fortezze\", tra le colline, i campi coltivati, gli oliveti e i vigneti di San Terenziano o \"Porcorriamo\", raduno podistico e goliardico non competitivo di 10 km per la campagna umbra.
