La sedicesima edizione dell'Umbria World Fest, dal 13 al 15 ottobre, �� dedicata a un tema di grande attualit�� che anima dibattiti non solo sulla fotografia ma anche nella vita di tutti i giorni: la ���Post verit�����.


Il termine ���Post-truth��� �� stato dichiarato parola dell���anno del 2016 dall���Oxford Dictionary: attraverso i lavori dei fotografi che espongono a Palazzo Trinci e gli incontri aperti di Palazzo Candiotti, si cerca di esplorare al meglio il ruolo che in questo momento ha la fotografia nelle dinamiche dell���informazione nell���era della rete, un'era in cui �� diventato difficile distinguere tra realt�� e finzione.

Per tre giorni la citt�� di Foligno nei suoi due palazzi storici, Trinci e Candiotti, diventa il palcoscenico di mostre, concerti, incontri e confronti tra artisti e partecipanti al Festival.

Anche quest���anno Umbria Word Fest dedica alla musica ampio spazio nella sua programmazione con un palinsesto di anteprime e sperimentazione.

Le mostre sono visitabili fino al12 novembre.

Die sechzehnte Veranstaltung des Umbria World Fest, dieses Jahr vom 13. bis 15. Oktober, ist einem hochaktuellen Thema gewidmet, das nicht nur im Rahmen der Fotografie, sondern auch im Alltag viel diskutiert wird: die ���Post Wahrheit���.


Der Begriff ���Post-truth��� wurde 2016 vom Oxford Dictionary zum Wort des Jahres erkl��rt.

Mittels der Werke der Fotografen, die im Palazzo Trinci ausgestellt werden, und den offenen Diskussionsrunden im Palazzo Candiotti, versucht man, m��glichst genau die heutige Rolle der Fotografie in der Dynamik der Information im Zeitalter von Internet zu untersuchen, das es bekanntlich immer schwieriger ist, zwischen Wirklichkeit und Fiktion zu unterscheiden.

Drei Tage lang wird die Stadt von Foligno in zwei historischen Geb��uden, dem Palazzo Trinci e Palazzo Candiotti, zur B��hne f��r Ausstellungen, Konzerte, Begegnungen, Podiumsdiskussionen mit den K��nstlern, die am Festival teilnehmen.

Auch dieses Jahr gibt es viel Musik im Rahmen des Umbria Word Fest, mit Vorpremieren und experimentellen St��cken.

Die Ausstellungen k��nnen bis zum 12. November besichtigt werden.
