Sulle splendide colline nei dintorni di Castel Ritaldi, nel piccolo ma suggestivo borgo di Colle del Marchese, si festeggia l'arrivo dell'olio nuovo con l'edizione 2017 di "Frantotipico".
La manifestazione, in programma l'11 e il 12 novembre, offre l'occasione giusta per scoprire le eccellenze e le tipicità del territorio, a partire proprio dall'olio extravergine d'oliva d.
o.p., protagonista assoluto.Nel corso della due giorni sarà quindi possibile conoscere più da vicino i tesori della produzione gastronomica della zona: oltre alle degustazioni per le vie del centro storico a base di olio novello e degli altri piatti tradizionali, saranno allestiti mercatini di prodotti tipici e dell'artigianato locali, sarà possibile partecipare ad escursioni guidate, agli approfondimenti con gli esperti, e assistere ai tanti appuntamenti dedicati all'intrattenimento sia per adulti che per bambini.

The arrival of the new oil will be celebrated on the splendid hills surrounding Castel Ritaldi, in the small but enchanting village of Colle del Marchese, with the 2017 edition of “Frantotipico".
The event, on schedule on the 11th and 12th November, offers the right occasion to discover the excellencies and typical products of the territory, precisely starting from its absolute protagonist, namely the DOP extra virgin olive oil.
During the two-days event it will be therefore possible to get to know better the gems of the local gastronomic production: beyond tastings of the new oil and other traditional dishes along the historical centre’s streets, small markets of typical and craft products of the area, it will be possible to participate in guided excursions, seminars with experts and the many appointments focused on the entertainment both for adults and kids.
