Durante i due giorni di festa, lungo le strade e le cantine del centro storico, trovi esposte le ghiotte creazioni dei produttori di formaggio, insieme ad altri prodotti tipici locali, dall'enogastronomia all'artigianato.
Molti saranno i formaggi e di diversi tipi: stagionati e freschi, di latte di mucca, pecora e capra. Particolarmente saporiti quelli a latte crudo che seguono la tradizione della Valnerina. Speciali formaggi anche per i vegetariani.
Oltre alla mostra mercato il programma prevede anche una serie di iniziative collaterali: degustazioni, espozioni, passeggiate, approfondimenti, e visite guidate alla scoperta del territorio, tra tradizione artigiana e bellezze paesaggistiche.

During the two days of celebration, along the streets and wineries of the historical centre, you will be able to see the tasty creations of cheese producers, together with other local typical products, from food and wine to crafts.
There will be many and different kinds of cheeses: matured and fresh ones, made from cow���s, sheep���s and goat���s milk. Particularly tasty will be the raw-milk cheeses according to the Valnerina���s tradition. There will also be special cheeses for vegetarians.
Beyond the market exhibition the schedule also includes a series of side initiatives: tastings, exhibitions, walks, workshops and guided visits at the discovery of the territory, between artisan tradition and landscape beauties.
