"Unesco, Natura, Territorio, Olio: sono questi gli ingredienti fondamentali di UNTO, che anche per il 2018 torna ad Assisi, Citt�� Patrimonio UNESCO, per incontrare gli artigiani e i produttori umbri, scoprire il territorio dell'assisano, e naturalmente assaggiare l'Olio extravergine d'oliva Dop!

La manifestazione, aderente alla XXI edizione di Frantoi Aperti, prevede un ricco calendario di eventi, tutti incentrati su questa eccellenza della nostra Regione.

Dall'1 al 4 novembre UNTO si svolger�� nel centro storico di Assisi, dove all'olio si accompagneranno i tanti prodotti tipici umbri (dal tartufo ai salumi ai vini), con l'opportunit�� di incontrare le aziende agricole che portano avanti con dedizione le tradizioni del Cuore verde d'Italia, mentre la citt�� di San Francesco si anima tra mostre d'arte, concerti, spettacoli, scuole di cucina e visite ai Frantoi.

Le degustazioni continueranno dal 10 al 25 novembre con le passeggiate e le visite ai castelli del territorio di Assisi.

UNESCO, Nature, Territory, Oil: these are the basic ingredients of UNTO, which also for 2018 will return to Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to meet the artisans and producers of Umbria, to discover the territory of Assisi, and of course to taste the PDO extra virgin olive oil!


The event, which is part of the 21st edition of Open Oil Mills, includes a rich calendar of events, all focused on this excellence of our Region.

From 1st to 4th November UNTO will take place in the historic centre of Assisi, where oil will be accompanied by many typical Umbrian products (from truffles to cold cuts and wines), with the opportunity to meet the farms that carry on with dedication the traditions of the Green Heart of Italy, while the city of St. Francis will come alive with art exhibitions, concerts, shows, cooking schools and visits to oil mills.

The tastings will continue from 10th to 25th November with walks and visits to the castles of the Assisi territory.
