The temporary museum, a formula considered appropriate because it is a historical path on the famous saga, collects many objects, gadgets, articles, publications, private collections of enthusiasts and many incredible rarities in the theme Star Wars since 1977, the year of the birth of the Saga.
The collection will include many action figures (including Kenner, much sought after by collectors) and the rarest Lego�� themed sets, as well as costumes, toys, video games, autograph posters and much more.
Replicas, life-size busts, scale spacecrafts, the legendary Han Solo Carbonite Slab and costumes will be on display.
All the material will be even more enhanced by the presence of the case containing nothing less than the original film of \"Star Wars\".
The exhibition will cover all the highlights from the distant 1977 to the present day and will be divided into 3 major thematic areas, inspired by the 3 trilogies: one focusing on the 4th-5th and 6th episodes or the oldest one, another on the 1st-2nd and 3rd episodes and finally the last trilogy focusing on the 7th-8th episodes with the exception of the 9th which will debut in cinemas in December 2019.
The programme also includes specific events with workshops and themed shows for children and adults.
The year 2019 is set to be dedicated to recovering the memory of all the famous episodes, waiting for the new release, and Gubbio is preparing to celebrate this event.
