                "<p>Seit ��ber f��nfzig Jahren feiert Bastia Umbra seinen Schutzpatron mit dem <strong>Palio de San Michele</strong>, einem traditionellen Wettkampf unter den vier Stadtteilen des Orts.</p> <br> <p>Vom 19. bis 30.</p>September treten die Stadtviertel Portella, Moncioveta, San Rocco und Sant'Angelo gegeneinander an, um das begehrte Tuch zu erringen, das anl��sslich der Veranstaltung jedes Jahr von einem anderen K��nstler bemalt wird. <p></p> <p>Los geht es mit Umz��gen, wahren Theaterauff��hrungen, weiter geht es mit Spielen auf der Piazza, wie Tauziehen, Sackh��pfen bis hin zur sogenannten \"Lizza\", einem Staffellauf bis zur Kirche San Michele Arcangelo auf der Piazza Comunale und wieder zur��ck.
