Trevi, oltre ad essere uno dei Borghi più Belli d'Italia, fa parte del circuito delle Città dell'Olio, grazie al suo eccellente Olio Extravergine di Oliva, prodotto con metodi di lunga e antica tradizione.
Il 28 e il 29 ottobre potrai conoscere meglio quest'eccellenza gastronomica con "Festivol – Trevi tra olio, arte, musica e papille", attraverso visite ai frantoi e agli uliveti, con dimostrazioni di raccolta a mano delle olive.
Ad attenderti troverai anche degustazioni, menu a base dei Presidi Slow Food nei ristoranti del borgo, mercato del contadino e dei Presidi Slow Food, ma anche tanti eventi collaterali: trekking urbano e naturalistico, la castagnata e i castagneti di Manciano, visite guidate per la città e concerti a cielo aperto con scenografie d’eccezione, come Villa Fabri o il centro storico cittadino.
Due giorni da trascorrere in questo splendido borgo, per scoprire il suo patrimonio ambientale, artistico e culturale.

Trevi, beyond being one of the most beautiful Italian villages, is part of the Oil Towns circuit, thanks to its excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced by using methods with a long and ancient tradition.
On the 28th and 29th October you will be able to get to know better this gastronomic excellence with “Festivol - Trevi among oil, art, music and taste buds”, through visits to oil mills and olive groves as well as demonstrations of olives hand-picking.
You will also find, waiting for you, tastings, menus with products from the Slow Food Presidia in the village’s restaurants, a farmers’ market and a market of the Slow Food Presidia, but also several side events: urban and naturalistic trekking, the chestnut fair and the chestnut groves of Manciano, guided visits of the city and open-air concerts with exceptional settings, such as the Villa Fabri or the historical city centre.
You will be able to spend two days in this splendid village, in order to discover its environmental, artistic and cultural heritage.
