Torna a Terni, dal 7 al 10 settembre, con la sua seconda edizione, l'Umbria Green Festival, l'evento che cerca di coniugare la valorizzazione del patrimonio turistico e artigianale con le tematiche legate al rispetto per l'ambiente e alla tutela del territorio.
Turismo sostenibile, mobilità elettrica, gestione sostenibile del territorio e cambiamenti climatici sono i temi attorno ai quali ruota la manifestazione, con una serie di appuntamenti che si terranno presso la Biblioteca comunale e Palazzo Gazzoli.
In programma: conferenze-spettacolo, musica, poesia, laboratori rivolti ai ragazzi, reading e presentazioni di libri, incontri che vedranno la partecipazione di oltre 50 relatori da tutta Italia (come Piergiorgio Odifreddi, Adriano Favole, Andrea Cortellessa, Giorgio Boatti).
Domenica 10 settembre, invece, si terrà il Raduno interregionale della mobilità elettrica: partendo dal centro storico di Terni si visiteranno la Cascata delle Marmore e Piediluco, borgo che si affaccia sull’omonimo lago.

Terni will host, from the 7th to the 10th of September, the second edition of the Umbria Green Festival, the event trying to combine the enhancement of the tourism and handicraft heritage with topics such as the respect for the environment and the protection of the territory.
Sustainable tourism, electric mobility, sustainable land management and climate changes are the main themes of the event, and will be discussed in a series of appointments taking place at the Municipal Library and at the Gazzoli Palace.
The schedule includes conferences - performances, music, poetry, laboratories for kids, readings and books presentations, meetings that will see the participation of over 50 speakers from all over Italy (such as Piergiorgio Odifreddi, Adriano Favole, Andrea Cortellessa, Giorgio Boatti).
Instead, the Interregional Gathering of the electrical mobility will be held on Sunday 10th September: starting from the Terni historical centre the itinerary will include the visit to the Marmore Waterfall and Piediluco, the village overlooking the homonymous lake.
