La rassegna è l'occasione giusta per scoprire un'antica tradizione culinaria della cultura contadina, che oggi rappresenta un vero e proprio patrimonio naturale da salvaguardare: nei tre giorni della manifestazione sarà possibile gustare le più apprezzate erbe del territorio umbro, unendo ambiente ed enogastronomia.
In programma moltissime iniziative tra escursionismo, convegnistica, arte culinaria, coocking show, mercatino florovivaistico e delle Erbe Campagnole, esplorazioni fotografiche e tanto divertimento.
