Dal 5 al 18 agosto, nella splendida Città della Rupe, torna "Orvieto Festival of Strings", la rassegna dedicata alla musica classica.
Quest’anno il Festival vedrà la partecipazione di ospiti speciali provenienti da 6 paesi in 10 concerti che, oltre a esibirsi, daranno lezioni di musica solista e da camera al gruppo internazionale di studenti.
Da Bach a Haydn, da Mozart a Vivaldi, passando per Paganini, Mendelssohn e Danzi: la grande musica ti aspetta con una serie di concerti, tutti a ingresso gratuito, nelle Chiese di Sant'Agostino e San Giovenale e in Duomo (altri concerti si terranno anche ad Acquapendente, Torre Alfina e al Castello di Trevinano).

The “Orvieto Festival of Strings”, the festival devoted to the classical music, will be held again in the fascinating Cliff’s Town from 5th to 18th August.
This year the Festival will see the participation of special guests from 6 countries in 10 concerts that, in addition to performing, will give classes of solo and chamber music to the international group of students.
From Bach to Haydn, from Mozart to Vivaldi, passing through Paganini, Mendelssohn and Danzi: the great music is waiting for you with a series of concerts, all free of charge, in the churches of Sant'Agostino and San Giovenale as well as in the Dome (other concerts will also be held in Acquapendente, Torre Alfina and at the Castle of Trevinano).
