Ogni anno, per promuovere e valorizzare questa eccellenza gastronomica, a Fabro si svolge la "Mostra Mercato Nazionale del Tartufo e dei prodotti agroalimentari di qualità".
Dal 10 al 12 novembre tra le vie e le piazze del bellissimo centro storico potrai immergerti nei sapori e nei profumi dell'autunno: castagne, vino e tanto tartufo con più di cinquanta stand, tra produttori locali e nazionali, e rivenditori provenienti da tutte le regioni italiane.
Un evento da non perdere per tutti gli amanti della cucina e della buona tavola.

Truffle is the king of Umbrian table and one of the most important food products of areas such as the Park of Peglia Mountain and the Selva di Meana (S.T.I.N.A.).
The “National Market Exhibition of Truffle and agri-food products of quality” takes place in Fabro each year, in order to promote and enhance this gastronomic excellency.
From the 10th to the 12th November among the streets and squares of the beautiful historical centre you could immerse yourself into the flavours and perfumes of autumn: chestnuts, wine and a lot of truffle with more than 50 stands, among local and national producers, as well as retailers coming from all Italian regions.
An unmissable event for all lovers of food and good cookery.
