Un'occasione unica per turisti, ma anche famiglie, scuole e università per dedicarsi a una intensa 'due giorni’ di scoperte di castelli, rocche, torri e altre architetture fortificate, senza dimenticare interi borghi, città murate e bastioni.
L'Umbria sarà protagonista di questa ventesima edizione con Palazzo Cesi ad Acquasparta, sicuramente la più illustre e importante residenza della famiglia Cesi.

19 regions involved, beyond 33 sites (often entire fortified towns or large areas and valleys) animated by free guided visits, books’ presentations and round tables, meetings, concerts: these are the numbers of the 2018 edition of National Days of Castles, now in its 20th edition and scheduled for Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th May 2018.
It will be a unique occasion for tourists, but also families, schools and universities to dedicate to an intense ‘two days’ at the discovery of castles, fortresses, towers and other fortified architectures, without forgetting entire villages, walled cities and ramparts.
Umbria will be the protagonist of this 20th edition with Palazzo Cesi in Acquasparta, certainly the most famous and important residence of the Cesi family.
