Non uno, ma ben due fine settimana per scoprire il tartufo e le numerose eccellenze della tradizione gastronomica umbra con la " XXXVIII Mostra Mercato del Tartufo" di Valtopina.

Nella splendida cittadina a ridosso del Monte Subasio, il 17-18 e il 24-25 novembre, tantissime iniziative dedicate al pregiato tubero e agli altri prodotti tipici provenienti da tutta Italia e dal resto del mondo.
L’immancabile appuntamento, sin dal 1981, propone una serie di iniziative tra cui itinerari guidati da esperti tartufai, degustazioni con gustosi abbinamenti della celebre trifola con olio e vino, proposte gastronomiche con menù tipici dal tema “a tutto tartufo”.
Un'occasione unica per assaporare i prodotti più rappresentativi del territorio, conoscere le loro caratteristiche e proprietà e scoprire la grande competenza che si cela dietro queste produzioni a km 0.

The beautiful town near the Subasio Mountain will host, on 17-18 and 24-25 November, many initiatives focused on the valuable tuber and other typical products from all over Italy and the rest of the world.Since 1981, this unmissable event has proposed a series of initiatives including itineraries guided by expert truffle hunters, tastings with delicious combinations of the famous trifola with oil and wine, as well as gastronomic proposals with typical menus on the theme of "all with truffles".
